It was one hell of a BIKEPACKING ADVENTURE!
Simple plan like "We take the route in two days, sleep once and that's it!"
In addition to me, Žan Kuralt and Davor Remec, Mitja Rošer joined us at the very start. We had quite an optimistic plan considering that a few days before the start, it rained a lot in the entire area. Otherwise, we expected a bit more wet ride, but we were not prepared for something like what happened.
Our plan: when we get over Učka (this is the highest peak in the first half of the route), mostly a flat and fairly fast part awaits us to Kamenjak, where we rest a bit and fly back along Istria towards Motovun, Slovenia and the destination. HA - HA!
Well, soon after the descent and Učka, the story changed a lot and our plans fell into the water (literally).
